In 2016 I was approached by a major publisher to create a book based on my football graphs. The idea was that it would be something you could open on any page and have a quick laugh. I worked with an editor in putting a pitch together and it was evaluated by the sales team. They thought with some amount of tweaking it could be something worthwhile. However I felt in my gut that it was best to leave it as it was moving away from the original project into something else.
